Andreea Dumitru

‘‘Hairdressing is not just a job for me — it’s a way of life.

It’s how I connect with people.
It’s how I give.
It’s how I help someone see themselves in a new light.

Through my work, I know I am doing something meaningful. When someone leaves my chair feeling confident, seen, and more themselves — that brings me real joy.

For me, it’s never just about the haircut or the colour.
It’s about the experience.
The intention.
The care behind every decision.

This is a space where you are seen, encouraged to embrace who you are, and where you leave feeling empowered and beautiful.

Being able to do something well — and to do it surrounded by people — gives my life meaning and purpose.

I began my hairdressing career in 2006 and have specialised in cutting and colouring ever since. I am an award-winning hairdresser, and one of my proudest achievements was being awarded Britain’s Best by the National Hairdressing Federation UK.

I am a Wella Master Colour Expert and Vidal Sassoon trained, and I continue to educate myself because I genuinely love what I do. Growth is important to me — not only to refine my skills, but because I never want to stop improving for my clients.

Having worked in two countries, with different nationalities, all genders and all hair types, I have developed a deep understanding of how hair behaves — and how personal it is.

My success is not only built on skill and education, but on awareness — of the impact I have as a hairdresser and as a person.

I respect and value every client who sits in my chair, and I feel grateful to receive that same respect in return.’’
