Working Structure

Professional 8-hour shift.

Percentage-based model:
• 45% (1–3 days)
• 42% (4–10 days)
• 40% (2+ consecutive weeks)

OR minimum guarantee of £300 per day.

Travel calculated based on professional hourly allocation.
